Your attention-friction snapshot

What you will get

A current-state snapshot, the frictions around your chosen item and one smaller next adjustment. The illustration below shows the structure, not a prediction of your result.

  1. Your current-state snapshot

Your own ratings of Scatter Pressure, Next-Action Clarity and Attention Agency around the item you chose.

  2. Frictions that may fit

The explanations you selected and confirmed, with uncertainty kept visible when no primary friction is clear.

  3. One smaller next adjustment

A practical suggestion based on the friction you confirmed, with a snapshot you can download.

Attention-state snapshot

Your current-state baseline

Read the three indicators separately: pressure suggests how much is competing, clarity shows how visible the next action feels, and agency reflects your room to choose.

Scatter Pressure
Very muchNeeds attention
SettledVery scattered

Many demands or thoughts are competing at once and my attention feels highly scattered.

Next-Action Clarity
Somewhat clearWatch point
No clear actionCompletely clear

I can describe part of the next action, but it is not fully clear.

Attention Agency
A lotSupportive
No choiceComplete choice

I can mostly choose and protect what I focus on.

A baseline, not a profile score

Scatter Pressure, Next-Action Clarity and Attention Agency are shown separately and are not used to create or rank your friction profile. They describe how attention feels around the item or situation you identified and can be repeated after a reset to notice self-reported change.

Primary friction: Unclear Action

You know what needs attention, but not where to start or what “done” looks like.

One smaller way forward

Define what “done enough” means, then write one visible action that can be started without further planning.

This example assumes Unclear Action was selected and its descriptions confirmed. Your own result may stay tentative or show no primary friction.

One focus at a time

One item at a time. As often as you need.
